Nouvelle Associates, LLC, established in December 1995, extends a long standing history of design and construction experience in both residential and commercial projects. The firm is owned by a licensed engineer and a professional architect. The members of Nouvelle have worked on numerous projects spanning the last 20 years. Our involvement in each project generally consists of some combination of design, construction management, owner’s representation, or general contracting responsibilities.
The principals of Nouvelle Associates have obtained professional experience working with established companies such as Parsons Brinkerhoff located in New York City and SJP Properties located in Parsippany, New Jersey. This experience base has been integrated in the work ethic of the company and the tools we use to efficiently run our projects.
Our philosophy is to provide quality with expert personnel. We are not high volume since construction projects require extensive diligence to be managed properly. The Principles stay involved with each project to insure that procedures, details, and quality control are maintained.
We maintain a practical knowledge having both resources of a Construction Management team and a Self Performing Design and Development team. This benefits the client by providing a well informed and equipped team with tried and true practical input, quality control, recommendations on materials and details that will endure, and a full knowledge of approval requirements for both planning and building. Providing this input and information during the very early design phase is critical to maintaining schedule and budget constraints. The client is also informed of anticipated market trends, labor availability and material which all have a bearing on budget and schedule.
Nouvelle recognizes that the ultimate success of any project depends on the actual working relationships developed between the various teams of professionals and the owner representatives assigned to the project.
